On the south west coast of Turkey lies the town of Fethiye - a city of spectacular archaeological delights. Rich in Turkish charm, Fethiye is a cocktail of market town, port, and holiday resort. Behind the promenade there is a maze of back streets filled with shops, bars and restaurants. The resort doesn't have its own beach but Calis beach is a 15-minute water taxi ride away. Fethiye is first and foremost a working town; you'll get a real sense of Turkish life here.

It is a beautiful cottage and is full of character. The cottage has its own unique feel. It appears to be a simple village house from the exterior and on passing through the courtyard door into a lovely walled terraced garden it becomes a beautifully designed, private, village-style house. The garden is laid out on a number of levels and is used as an al fresco sitting room throughout the summer. An imaginatively created, delightful plunge pool with hammock is set within the gardens.

The high ceilinged sitting room has a traditional-style double-bedded sleeping gallery. This room leads through to the double bedroom and separate bathroom/WC. Another shower/WC is situated off the small study, which is close to the kitchen.
